After hours emergencies: A doctor is on-call for consultation from 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm and 6:00 am-8:30 am Monday-Friday and 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm Saturday and 6 am to 10 pm Sunday.  Call the main animal hospital number (914-277-3686) and the answering service will page a doctor.  The doctor will call back to answer your questions and give advice.  If deemed necessary you will be referred to the nearest emergency hospital.
